At Heartwood, we seek to create a diverse, community-driven space dedicated to collective wisdom and wellness. We host holistic health workshops at our clinic and welcome all who are seeking to build community and connection.

Shonishin & Moxibustion Seminars

$350 if you register for both. $200 for each individual seminar.

Join us for an October seminar series of Shonishin Hand Skills with Bob Quinn, DAOM, LAc and Advanced Moxibustion Techniques with Daniel Silver, MATCM, LAc.

We will gather two Sundays in October to improve techniques, develop new skills, and practice in community.

Sync Your Breath & Body with Kendra

Join us this fall for a gentle yoga and sound bath journey with Kendra.

This ninety minute workshop is designed to leave you feeling more rooted in yourself and the world. We will blend pelvic breathing, gentle spinal movements and a restorative sound bath.
